Terms of Service

Jabberdoll ("the app", "we") is a game for the web and iPhone, published and operated by Sikorbit Technologies, LLC. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

The service

Jabberdoll is a work of fiction and entertainment. It lets you create imaginary "grudge dolls," interact with them in-game, and earn or purchase virtual items and currency. Nothing in the app refers to, targets, or encourages harm toward any real person or animal, and it must not be used to do so.

Accounts

You need an account to play. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to consent to these terms in your jurisdiction (at least 13, or the minimum age where you live). Provide accurate information when signing up. You can delete your account at any time from the Account section at the bottom of the Home screen.

Purchases & subscriptions

The app offers optional one-time purchases and monthly or yearly subscriptions. On the web, payments are processed securely by Stripe. In the iPhone app, purchases are made through Apple's App Store and charged to your Apple Account. All items are digital and delivered instantly within the app. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access through the end of the paid period. App Store subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your iPhone's Settings. See our Refunds & Cancellation policy for details. Prices are shown in US dollars on the web (local currency in the App Store) and may change with notice for future billing periods.

Virtual items

Points, mojo tokens, tools, potions, dolls, and other in-game items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and remain part of the game. We may adjust the game economy and features over time.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, exploit, or reverse-engineer the app, interfere with other players, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Apple App Store

If you downloaded Jabberdoll from the App Store, these terms are between you and Sikorbit Technologies, LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its content, maintenance or support, or for any claims relating to it. Your use of the iPhone app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the App Store's usage rules. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. It is entertainment, not therapy or medical advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
