Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel any Jabberdoll subscription (Swarm Pass, Mojo Pass, or Catharsis Pass) at any time. When you cancel, it stops renewing and you keep the pass's benefits until the end of the period you already paid for — you are not charged again after that.

Bought in the iPhone app? Open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Jabberdoll, and tap Cancel Subscription.

Refunds

Because purchases unlock digital content and virtual currency delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable. That said, we want you treated fairly: if you were charged in error, charged twice, or never received what you paid for, email us and we'll make it right, including a refund where appropriate.

App Store purchases are billed by Apple, and Apple handles their refunds: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase.

Statutory rights

Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your country or state.
